La legge 11 dicembre 2012, n. 220 ha meglio definito, rispetto alla precedente formulazione, l’oggetto e il contenuto del rendiconto condominiale. Dall’approvazione del rendiconto possono discendere effetti diretti nei rapporti tra condominio e amministratore e indiretti in quelli tra condomini e condominio. Tali effetti hanno una diversa origine e sono sottoposti ad un differente regime. In particolare il condomino, per sottrarsi ad obblighi nei confronti del condominio dipendenti dall’approvazione del rendiconto, sarà tenuto ad impugnare la relativa delibera. Abstract A radical change of the composition of the population from a religious point of view emerged in the last twenty years of the twentieth century in Italy together with the late unsettled realization of the instrument of agreements with the non-catholic denominations provided by art. 8.3 of the Constitution.
